Project Overview
Hong Kong, 12 February 2026 – Dynatech successfully held the “AI Demo Day 2026” at the Hong Kong Productivity Council, bringing together over 70 business leaders and decision-makers from finance, insurance, technology, education, and utilities. The event showcased practical intelligent automation solutions that are changing how Hong Kong businesses work.

AI is your capable partner – don’t fear it replacing your job
Patrick Au-yeung, founder of Dynamix Group, opened the event with a clear message: “AI is not your competitor; it’s your most capable colleague.” He outlined the 4E framework that Dynatech uses to help businesses thrive in the digital age:

- Empower: Strengthen your team with smart tools
- Enrich: Build knowledge in digital innovation
- Elevate: Raise your organisation’s digital capability and resilience
- Encourage: Drive digital and AI transformation to stay competitive
Balance efficiency and data security
Dynatech co-founder and consultant Tony Tsui demonstrated three practical applications already helping local businesses:

- Secure document processing: Use in-office AI to organise notes and manage confidential data—no external risk.
- Smart assistants: Automate tasks like sales research, freeing front-end staff for high-value work.
- Team development: Mix traditional training and tech tools for better collaboration.
Affordable, locally deployed AI is now within reach for SMEs, especially for safeguarding sensitive information.
AI won’t replace you – but you need to master human–machine collaboration
University lecturer Ben Wong shared a 2026 AI foresight and impacts to the job market.

“Technology will create more jobs, not fewer,” he said. “New roles will focus on human–machine collaboration, information verification, and security management. We are only at the start of the AI era; there is still a long way to go before anything like artificial general intelligence (AGI). Until then, the human role remains essential – but we should not expect old, repetitive jobs to stay as they are.”
Industry examples of AI in action
Daniel Lee, CEO of Innocorn, showed AI-assisted solutions already in use in hospitals, shopping centres, and public housing. These interactive systems handle customer enquiries effectively while keeping service personal. Users can also use AI tools to connect different social and software platforms and improve the experience.

Jacky Cheung, Business Director at i-Search, gave a live demo of automation serving major banks and insurers. Examples included:
- Simplifying insurance underwriting
- Processing 15,000+ shipping records daily
- Cutting administrative workload by over 50% in banking and insurance
